First of all, no--I'm not pregnant. Second, I'm not posting anything this week because I'm getting my parenting trial run this week, babysitting 2 young'uns all week. (They have a day time sitter while we are at work). Landon is 2 and Mason is 5. Mason doesn't like to eat, but if he does eat he only likes McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, and Subway. Everything else tastes like "frow-up." Last night I managed to trick him into eating spaghetti "worms" by racing him. Hooray! He ate! And this morning Landon had fits because I wouldn't give him animal crackers (the frosting covered kind) for breakfast. Sorry kid, I'm no sucker for tantrums. But they are great sleepers and so far I haven't even had to change a poopy diaper--which means the day time sitter must be getting the poopy ones! ick! They are both adorable. So far it's been kinda fun. Knock on wood. :)
Speaking of babies.... my youngest sister Patti had hers!!!!
She had to have a C-section but both mom and baby are fine (aside from the pain). I only got a partial message by which I've deciphered that he is 17" long, he's small (I want numbers!), and his name is Evan, not Samuel. Congrats Patti! You made it!
Update: He was 5 lbs 9 oz. Patti said that last night when she was looking at him when she was not drugged, she was thinking she prefers the name Samuel, so that's probably what he will be. I'll post photos as soon as I can get some!

Ok, I can say this because we are in the same boat...
When you baby-sit other kids, aren't you a tiny bit glad you get to enjoy this time without them? At least we get to sleep in and enjoy some relaxing time with our husbands:)
